MANAGER RESIDENTIAL SERVICE
PERMENANT SOCIAL CARE STAFF AND RELIEF STAFF
The Cottage Home Child and Family Services is seeking applicants for a
Manager for one of its residential care services.
We are also seeking applicants for a full time Permanent Post of
Social Care Worker and Relief Staff for Residential Service.
APPLICANTS FOR THE POST OF MANAGER MUST HAVE LEVEL 7/8 SOCIAL CARE
DEGREE PLUS
* 5 years post qualification experience in the social care field
* A good working knowledge of The Standards, Children First and
Child Protection
* Experience in providing professional supervision
The Cottage Home Child and Family Services is a Voluntary
Organisation. We receive funding from Tusla to provide residential
care but remain an autonomous provider. Salaries are in line with
Tusla Pay Scales and staffs are eligible to join the HSE Pension
Scheme.
The Cottage Home is a progressive, dynamic, and inclusive

APPLICANTS FOR SOCIAL CARE POST MUST HAVE LEVEL 7/8 SOCIAL CARE DEGREE
PLUS AT LEAST 3 YEARS POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE.

A Full clean Driving Licence would be preferable.
